Agencies win on relevance
A cold call that opens with “your site doesn't have a quote form” or “you have great reviews that your website never mentions” gets further than a generic pitch. Writing that kind of note for every prospect by hand is what eats an agency's prospecting time.
Ripple writes it for you. You describe what makes a good prospect in plain words, and it checks every website in your niche and area against that description.

How Ripple helps
Find your niche in your area
Search the business types you specialize in, town by town: roofers, dentists, restaurants, gyms or whatever your niche is.
Write your own good signs
Describe a good prospect in plain words, like “no quote form on the site” or “an old copyright year”. Ripple checks each site for them.
See their reputation
Their Google listing is looked up live, and deep dives search the web for reviews, social pages and news.
Open with something specific
Every brief mentions something from the business's own site, so the first sentence of the call isn't generic.
Ripple needs a website to research a business, so listings without one are set aside. If you sell first websites to businesses that don't have one yet, Ripple isn't the right tool for that list.
What a call brief looks like
Reason to call
No quote form on the site, and the newest project in their gallery is two years old.
Opener
“Hi Priya, it's [your name] from [your company]. I was looking at the bathroom remodels on your site, so I'm curious: how are most new customers finding you right now?”
FAQ
Questions from marketing agencies
Does Ripple find businesses that don't have a website?
No. Ripple's research reads each company's own site, so listings without one are set aside during the scan. It suits agencies that improve existing websites, search, ads and reputation.
Can Ripple tell whether a business already works with an agency?
Sometimes. If the site credits an agency, for example in its footer, add “The site credits another marketing agency” as a deal breaker and Ripple will look for it. It only counts a deal breaker when the pages clearly show it.
Can my team email these leads?
Ripple records the email addresses businesses publish, and its briefs are written for phone calls. If you email prospects, follow the anti-spam rules where you work, such as CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the United States.
Find your next customers, town by town
