How the balance works
Top up from $25
Add $25, $50, $100, $250 at a time. Turn on auto top-up if you never want a scan to stop for a low balance.
Credit doesn't expire
Use it this week or next quarter. There is no monthly allowance to use up before it resets.
$10 to start
Every new account gets $10 of credit, enough to research about 20 companies in your own territory.
No surprise bills
A scan reserves its maximum cost when it starts and shrinks its company cap to fit your balance. The balance never goes negative, and the smallest charge for a scan is $1.
Only results are charged
You're not charged for duplicates, companies already on your list or websites Ripple couldn't read. Chains and closed businesses are set aside before research.
Costs you can check
Each scan shows its estimate before it starts, then what it spent and the cost per lead when it finishes.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or a contract?
No. You add money to a prepaid balance and scans draw it down. There's no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. Top-ups start at $25.
Does unused credit expire?
No. Credit stays in your balance until you use it, so a quiet month doesn't cost you anything.
What counts as a researched lead?
Each company Ripple researches with AI: it reads the website, scores the fit and writes the call brief. It costs 50¢ whatever the score, because the research is the work. A listed lead is the name, phone number and website only, for 10–20¢.
What isn't charged?
Duplicates, companies already on your list and websites Ripple couldn't read. Chains, closed businesses and listings outside your circle are set aside before research, so they cost nothing either.
How do I know what a scan will cost?
The scan setup shows an estimate before you start, from the number of companies you ask for and the depth you pick, and the Scan button shows it again. After the scan, its page shows what it actually cost and the cost per lead.
Can a scan spend more than my balance?
No. A scan reserves its maximum cost when it starts and lowers its company cap to fit your balance, so the balance never goes below zero. The smallest charge for a scan is $1.
When is a deep dive worth it?
For the leads you most want to win. At $3, a deep dive searches the web for reviews, social pages, news, job posts and buying signals, reads up to ten pages of the website and scores the lead again. Deep scans run one on every call-ready lead automatically.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts start with $10 of credit, enough for about 20 researched leads, so you can run a real scan on your own territory before you top up.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD).
Do I pay for companies that turn out to be a poor fit?
Yes: you pay for each company Ripple researches, whatever its score, because the research is the work. You're not charged for duplicates, companies already on your list or websites Ripple couldn't read. To spend less on poor fits, narrow your business types and ideal customer, or run a Quick scan first and research only the companies you want.
